Between the years 2002-2014 our team has surveyed ants from over 20 sites across Papua New Guinea. At twelve of these sites we applied extensive collecting protocols for ground foraging and leaf litter ants. Most research sites were located in lowland forest, but a several mountain and mid-elevation areas were surveyed as well.
